We have been married for twenty fabulous years, by profession we are Health-Tech entrepreneurs. The vision of this club began with seeing our own parents growing old, eventually loosing Harman's father to complications arising from a fall. My father losing muscle strength and getting forced to use a walker as a walking aid. Seeing every senior battling some form of mobility issues arising due to low muscle strength and lack of balanced diet awareness. We moved to New York for one year and at the back of my mind, I constantly worried about my parents and their well being. It's not just their mobility or strength issues, it's the general feeling of lonliness, lack of initiative, social withdrawl, that most seniors develop as they grow older. I felt there is a serious need to create awareness in our elders, to build muscle, raise their prana, go back to being joyful and strong. This passion of uplifting our seniors led to the foundation of the Chardi Kala Club.

I am sure our aging parents health and well-being is a cause of concern for every son and daugther. With the right CSR support, we can expand our reach and ensure that more seniors have access to our life-changing programs at no cost of them. They dedicate their entire life raising us, giving us the best education and living and now when they are in their golden years, this is the least we can do for them.
